Our store is sponsored by Shopify Inc. They provide us with a platform for the e-commerce that allows us to sell our products and to bring you our service.
Your information is stored through Shopify’s data base, said app stores your information in a highly secure and it is guarded by a firewall.
If you choose the direct payment for your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card’s information. The data is encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The data processed during the transaction are only sheltered for the necessary period of time to complete your purchase. Once the purchase is completed, the information will be completely deleted.
All the direct payments adhered to the established standards by the PCI DSS, processed by said standardized security council, are a shared effort with bank entities as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
LThe PCI DSS requirements help our store and our service providers to offer greater security by the moment of managing your credit card’s information.

SECTION 5 - OUTSOURCED SERVICES
In general, the outsourced providers we use only store, use and share the necessary information to bring the services they provide us with.
However, some outsourced providers, as the ones that facilitate the way of payment or other kind of processors, have their own service policies regarding the information they require us to provide them with for their purchase operations.
If you happen to have any doubt regarding these providers, we suggest you to read their service policies so you can understand the way your personal data will be managed by the aforementioned providers.
Remember that some providers can have facilities located in jurisdictions different to ours and our clients'. In this way, if you carry on with a transaction that involves an outsourced service provider, your information would be liable to the laws of said jurisdictions, in which the service provider or their facilities are located.
For instance, if you are in Canada and the transaction is processed by a payment method located in the United States, the needed personal information to complete said transaction can be widespread under the legislation of the United States, including the Patriotic Law.
Once you leave our online store or you are redirected to a webpage or an app from any of our outsourced providers, you are no longer under our privacy policies or terms.
When you select the links in our store, they could direct you to sites out of the website. We do not take responsibility on the privacy practice from other websites and we suggest you read their privacy statement.
SECTION 6 - SAFETY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precaution and we follow the best practices in the industry to assure said information is not handled improperly, acquired by third parties, widespread, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, said data is encrypted using technology based on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Even though no transmission or electronic storage method on the internet is 100% secure, we comply with the PCI DSS requirements and we additionally implement industrial standards generally accepted.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Next, we present a list of cookies we use. We have put together a list so you can choose whether you want to opt for them or not.
_session_id, Unique data sheet, allows Shopify to store information about your session (sender, page to be referred to, among others).
_shopify_visit, There’s no data compiled, persistent for about 30 minutes since the last visit, used by the internal tracking statistics provider to have a register of the number of visits in our webpage.
_shopify_uniq, There’s no data compiled, it expires midnight of the next day, it counts the number of visits to our store by only one consumer. The shopping cart, unique data sheet, persistent for 2 weeks, it saves information about the content of your shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, Unique data sheet of your session.
storefront_digest, Unique data sheet, indefinite if the store has a password, this is used to determine whether the current user has logged in or not.
SECTION 8 - CONSENT AGE
When using our webpage, you establish, at least in theory, that you are above 18 years old in your state or in the state you live in, and you have given one of your underage children the consent to use our website.
The changes and explanatory will be effective immediately after they are published in our website. If we make any changes in this policy material, we will let you know through our website so you are aware of what kind of information we store, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we would use or share it.
If our store is acquired or fused with another company, your information could be transferred to the new owners so in this way we can continue selling our products.
